This article contains requirements needed for each type of Photo CD in Darkroom Assembley/School & Group.

Express Digital Darkroom Assembley and School & Group provide 9 different types of photo CDs you can create for your specific school or job.

Every SASI CD should have the following two folders on the root of the drive.

“0002006133”,”1000.PIC”

The Picfile folder will house the images that match the information that the XREFPICT displays. Here are the guidelines for the images themselves.
Image Size: 89×134 pixels at 72 DPI (1.236″x1.861″)

PSPA
Using the PSPA option will create a CD with a folder labeld by the CD number and three text files

1. Readme.txt
2. Index.txt
3. Master.txt
The files within the folder will be labeled in descending order with an eight digit number in jpeg format (00000001.jpg, 00000002.jpg, 00000003.jpg, etc.).
The Index.txt will contain information about the files in the following manner:
1. Volume or Catalog Name
2. Image Folder on CD
3. PSPA Filename
4. Grade
5. Last Name
6. First Name
7. Home room
8. Period
9. Teacher Name
10. Track
11. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field]
12. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field]
13. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field]
14. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field]
15. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field]
16. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field]
17. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field]
18. [Any additional defined fields]

In order to use fields 11 and above, all previous fields must be used. Within the data template used for a PSPA job, it will be necessary to have fields 4 – 10 labeled as they appear here. For example, if you substitute Name for either First Name or Last Name, the software will not know to use that as a field within the PSPA information. The Master.txt file contains all of the information within the Index.txt as well as any other images included within the PSPA cd.

The Readme.txt file will contain the following information:
[School Name] =
[# Fields] =
[Lab Name] =
[Lab Location] =
[Lab Contact, Name] =
[Lab Contact e-mail] =
[Lab Contact Phone] =
