The Konica R1 can be configured to accept back print information sent from Express Digital.
SYMPTOMS
The Konica R1 is ignoring back print information
REQUIREMENTS
ExpressDigital Darkroom Assembly or Professional Edition and Konica R1 software version 1.20 or later.
WORKAROUND
The following changes are to be made on the Konica R1 computer
Change the back-print setting under the “Others” tab in mode: 1.Setup > 16.Set Parameters > 164.Set Back-Printing.
Change the setting from 1 (free format) to 0.
