Things are rumbling over here at ExpressDigital. A new and improved PhotoReflect is set to launch in September and we are busy as bees putting together the final touches. Things are going to improve so much we have decided that for the very first time our Tips & Tricks interview will feature none other than ourselves. This month we asked different PhotoReflect engineers and executives what has made them most excited about the upcoming re-launch and here is what they have said. Click here for a slideshow of the new features (of what we can show you, that is).
Stay tuned next month for the formal launch and information on what you may need to do to take advantage of these innovations.
Kerry Raminiak, Marketing Manager, ExpressDigital
In charge of: New logo and consumer-facing website
A new logo and website, designed for our photographer’s customers to better find their pictures and photographer’s storefronts has been a big goal of mine. The day has finally come!
Rod Whisnant, VP of Engineering, PhotoReflect
In charge of: Storefront look and navigation
My team is working hard to update the photographer storefronts so that they are not only more modern and better looking, but also, much easier for their customers to navigate the site so that they can find and save their photos --and quickly add new photo cards and gifts to their shopping carts. I love the new look and hope our photographers do too!
Jim Albrecht, CFO, ExpressDigital
In charge of: Finding new ways for photogs to make more money using PhotoReflect
All of our research indicates that even during this uncertain economy people are still buying photography, and more importantly, they are buying photo gifts. The photo gift market is the fastest growing part of our industry and now our PhotoReflect photographers can take advantage of it.
Kevin McFarland, CTO, ExpressDigital
In charge of: Brand new photographer-setup wizards and login dashboard
The easier it is for PhotoReflect photographers to set up their pricing, packages and add-ons like Digital Delivery and their marketing and contact information the better we serve them. I am proud of my team’s accomplishments and know that our photographers will get great use out of an easier set-up and management dashboard.
Walter Pfeffer, Account Manager, PhotoReflect
In charge of: Ensuring photographer satisfaction with photoreflect
We are putting together a library of tips, tricks, tutorials and upcoming webinars to better server our PhotoReflect photographers. It will be easier than ever to get set up and add on some really cool things to get them selling online better and faster. I couldn’t be more excited!
Graham McFarland, CEO, ExpressDigital
In charge of: Putting fire under butts
Our team has worked tirelessly to improve a service that currently over 35,000 photographers are registered to use. We did this for them. New storefronts give our photographers better sales advantage; new photo cards and gifts give them more to sell ensuring them greater profits; and a new logo and website make sure current and future customers can find them and be even more impressed. This hard work is our heartfelt “thank you” for being a PhotoReflect photographer with promise of more to come.
