Basic Event Setup With this basic setup Darkroom can capture the image from the tethered camera and then auto print the image at the size you select to the printer. You can also add a Border or a background to a green screen image and then choose a pre-determined package to send to the printer. Images can also be uploaded to an online ordering site like Photoreflect.com. This is a great set up to begin photographing events and can grow to a system that will accommodate very large events.Equipment Needed● A Windows Laptop or Desktop Computer● Darkroom Core, Pro or AE

Advanced Event Setup By adding a wireless router and wireless transmitter to the basic setup you are free to roam about the event and even have more than one camera sending images to Darkroom. You can expand this setup to handle larger volume by adding additional printers. All versions of Darkroom can manage up to 4 Windows printers and Pro and AE using our Direct drivers can manage an unlimited numberEquipment Needed● A Windows Laptop or Desktop Computer● Darkroom Core, Pro or AE

Large Event Setup Using Darkroom Pro as a server you can scale up to very large events and allow customers to browse images at Presentation stations running Core. Depending on your operating system on the Pro computer you can add from 1 to an unlimited number of presentation stations. You can also add 2 or more capture stations and tether multiple cameras. It is limited only by your imagination.Equipment Needed● A Windows Computer with Darkroom Pro as a server● One or more Windows Computers with Darkroom Core as a presentation station for ordering

Small Studio Setup Using Darkroom Pro as a server you can efficiently manage a small portrait studio. With a capture station in the camera room and a sales station in a presentation room you can keep shooting while another employee is showing and selling. With onsite printers you can deliver portraits in minutes or use Photoreflect for online odering and a Labtricity lab to order prints and specialty items. As a bonus, Darkroom will track sales and orders too!
