PSPA br>
Using the PSPA option will create a CD with a folder labeld by the CD number and three text files br>
1. Readme.txt br>
2. Index.txt br>
3. Master.txt br>
The files within the folder will be labeled in descending order with an eight digit number in jpeg format (00000001.jpg, 00000002.jpg, 00000003.jpg, etc.). br>
The Index.txt will contain information about the files in the following manner: br>
1. Volume or Catalog Name br>
2. Image Folder on CD br>
3. PSPA Filename br>
4. Grade br>
5. Last Name br>
6. First Name br>
7. Home room br>
8. Period br>
9. Teacher Name br>
10. Track br>
11. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field] br>
12. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field] br>
13. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field] br>
14. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field] br>
15. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field] br>
16. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field] br>
17. [Reserved – USER DEFINED field] br>
18. [Any additional defined fields] br>
br>
In order to use fields 11 and above, all previous fields must be used. Within the data template used for a PSPA job, it will be necessary to have fields 4 – 10 labeled as they appear here. For example, if you substitute Name for either First Name or Last Name, the software will not know to use that as a field within the PSPA information. The Master.txt file contains all of the information within the Index.txt as well as any other images included within the PSPA cd. br>
br>
The Readme.txt file will contain the following information: br>
[School Name] = br>
[# Fields] = br>
[Lab Name] = br>
[Lab Location] = br>
[Lab Contact, Name] = br>
[Lab Contact e-mail] = br>
[Lab Contact Phone] = br>
