Hi! Can someone tell me why the photos are pixilated when they are texted? I have tried both medium and full size for image size and both are pixilated when digital images are sent to the phones. Thank you!

If you are using the kiosk option, the image size will be limited by your slideshow settings. If this is not the case, please contact support@darkroomsoftware.com.
I have the same thing happening with my text messages. The photos alone are clear as day, but when texted they are blurry. I contacted support and was told there is nothing they can do because when texted the pics are condensed. Although, why are other softwares able to text clear pics!?

My pictures will only send to my personal phone and not to clients. I’ve tried everything
