In the middle of a party my booth program stopped working and error message stated booth maintenance needed ?what does that mean ?what do I have to do?

Pictures are in focus but liveview is not

I have everything set up I take the pictures and the picture is Blank but the photo did go into file what would cause that?

Fix the white margin from printing on photos
I have three templates for guests to choose from after photos are taken. Doesn’t matter which one I choose it only prints the 1st one. Am I missing something?

I have added my Mitsubishi CP-D70DW printer through global settings yet it still won’t print! When I go to a normal web page and print an image it works just fine, but will not print ANYTHING after a booth session completes itself. Very frustrating, please help.

This would not have anything to do with the software, check your camera and flash settings.
You probably need to remove the serial number from windows for the printer, we had tons of issues to begin with now none. Also you have to make sure windows isn’t duplicating the printer.
Issue after changing ribbon, error code saying media size does not
match. Check everything I could think of but still can’t print.

Global settings sometimes the printer settings will default to 3.5×5” media, idk why, we use 4×6 which is 10×15. Also you have to check windows as well or it will not print.

Darkroom continued to freeze. I would restart the program or shut down the surface pro tablet, but the same thing would happen right after the first pic. The way I had my Camera setting was on Manuel. I used that settings before and never had issues. Thanks!

I have had a recent issue where the everything is running properly, and then the booth (DSLR mirror me) stands idle for 30 minutes (or more). Guests will then come, and initiate a 3-image session. The flash will not fire and sometimes the camera will not fire either (though sometimes it does, resulting in dark images). We have replaced ALL cables (literally) as well as the flash unit which would test-fire just fine (Godox sk300ii). Checked all connections, and went so far as to reboot everything multiple times, but still no luck. This has happened at multiple events. I can then set the booth up the next day, and everything runs fine and I can’t replicate the issue to troubleshoot. Help…I know this may not be a darkroom software issue, but figured it was worth asking!

Hi I use my surface pro to design and I have a Dell AIO that I take to events. I have them both sync to my NAS drive. They both update and stay current but today I’m not seeing any new event on the Dell. The booth scene and booth template update in the appropriate folders but I don’t see them in the list of events once I launch the program. Please Advise.
I’ve tried deleting and adding them manually but still not seeing them in events list.
